Medical courier compliance standards in East Tennessee
The question every buyer asks: will you be the weak link? This page is the answer.
Most cold chain failures don't happen on the highway. They happen in the final delivery, when a package sits in an uncontrolled environment or waits at a loading dock too long. Here is exactly how CLM prevents that.
Compliance practices
Driver Training
- Drivers are trained in HIPAA privacy and security practices.
- Drivers complete OSHA bloodborne pathogen training and DOT hazardous materials awareness training for Category B biological substances (UN 3373).
Transport Operations
- Deliveries run in dedicated, temperature-controlled vehicles.
- Temperature-monitored transport with a documented record for each shipment.
- Service-specific documentation requirements are confirmed during client onboarding.
Documentation
- We execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every client that handles protected health information.
- Chain-of-custody documentation is provided on every delivery and retained for your compliance review.
